Q1: Refunds

A1: Refunds are only available for NON-digital items only. With that being said, if you purchase an item from my store and are dissatisfied with the item in question, please reach out to me via my Facebook or Instagram and we can further discuss next steps.

Q2: Can I share with my friends/family?

A2: The only thing you can share is my social links or pattern links to purchase my designs. The designs are not shareable upon friends or family. This is my income and I work hard to bring designs to life and your support keeps my going and provides my kids with a little extra spoiling.

Q3: Where can we find you in person?

A3: Follow my IG or FB to see where I am doing events and stay connected.

Q4: What if I need help with a pattern?

A4: If you need help, I am available via IG only - my FB notifications aren’t always immediate. Please give me up to 48 hours to respond, I have children and sometimes find myself annoying my mom with my presence at her house out of town.
