Sugar the Seal Pup PDF Crochet pattern

After many moons, I have decided that Sugar needed a face lift to match my latest and greatest hits, so here goes his better debut.
Using Sweet Snuggles Lite - gray - and a 5.5mm hook, they stand at 11” tall minus the flippers.
Using Bernat Crushed Velvet - white - and a 3mm hook, they’re at a cute 6” tall, again, minus the flippers.
Sugar was one of my OG designs that was geared toward beginner friendly and cutesy and adorable - for all ages really, come on - and I am just so excited to re-add them to my website.
For the big Sugar I used 23mm Kawaii eyes from Ali-Express, and the small Sugar I used the ever-so-glorious Darkside Eyes (links are on my pattern and home pages for easy access).
There is an optional mod for facial whiskers, but I’d say he’s pretty cute on his own, too.
